Why audio Pilates?

Audio-only guided Pilates classes allow you to focus on your own movements or to observe yourself in the mirror rather than focus on what's happening on a screen. You can take your workout to the outdoors more easily or even practice in the dark. The important thing is to be consistent & to grow through challenging yourself. Make it your own — adjust as needed, and have fun!
